Seeing Differently: Drawing Perception and Leadership
This five-day residential professional development programme brings together drawing practice, systems-psychodynamic thinking, and reflective practice to support leaders in being more creative and effective in their leadership practice.
Set in a privately held villa in the hills near Acqui Terme, the programme offers a carefully held space in which up to 8 experienced professionals can step out of habitual environment and pace and reconnect with how they perceive, interpret, and decide, individually and within systems.

Individuals, teams and groups of experienced professionals in different roles, organisations and/or sectors. Business-fluent in English (‘must-have’).

Susan Naomi Israel is an executive and group coach and organisational development consultant, creating reflective spaces for leaders to reconnect with inner clarity, creative capacity and group action.
