Dr Nuala Dent is an executive coach and leadership and culture consultant who works with leaders and organisations navigating complexity, change and uncertainty. She partners with individuals, teams and organisations to explore the patterns shaping leadership and organisational culture, creating the conditions for more connected, curious and courageous ways of working.
With almost twenty years' experience in leadership and organisational development, Nuala has worked with leaders across public health, higher education, government, not-for-profit and the private sector in Australia and internationally. Her work spans executive coaching, leadership development, team development and culture change.

Nuala's practice brings together psychodynamic and systems thinking, reflective practice and creative practice to help leaders make sense of their experience, notice recurring patterns, and discover new possibilities for leadership and organisational culture.

She developed Taithí, a creative leadership framework exploring how lived experience shapes leadership and organisational life.​

Nuala publishes, presents and speaks on leadership, organisational dynamics and organisational culture. She is an Associate Editor of the Organisational and Social Dynamics journal, co-host of the Wonder Women: Power Reimagined podcast, and serves on the Advisory Board of Auticon Australia.

She has taught and guest lectured across Australian and international universities, including Australian Catholic University, Swinburne University, Victoria University, the University of Divinity, the National Institute of Organisation Dynamics Australia, The Grubb Institute (UK), Tavistock Education and Training (UK), and the Higher School of Economics (Russia).
