A studio-based workshop exploring how drawing sharpens perception and deepens sense-making. Draw to See invites leaders, coaches and consultants to slow down, notice differently, and work with experience as the starting point for insight. No artistic experience required.

Draw to See is a practice-based workshop exploring how perception shapes leadership.

Drawing in the presence of others, participants work through a series of structured visual exercises designed to quiet habitual ways of seeing and strengthen attention. The focus is not on producing art, but on drawing as a way of thinking, sensing and working with experience.

Grounded in perceptual drawing approaches and informed by psychodynamic and systems thinking, the workshop supports participants to notice what is usually overlooked — in themselves, in others, and in the environments they work within.

This workshop is suitable for leaders, coaches, consultants and practitioners interested in developing perceptual clarity in complex contexts.
