Draw to Relate

A studio workshop exploring how drawing can support deeper connection, difference and dialogue. Draw to Relate involves drawing with others, using shared visual processes to explore how we meet, respond and make meaning together.

Draw to Relate explores how drawing can illuminate relational dynamics in leadership and consulting practice.

Working in pairs and small groups, participants engage in shared drawing processes that bring attention to contact, difference, rhythm and response. The drawings act as a third space, something we relate through rather than simply talk about.

The emphasis is on experience rather than interpretation. Participants reflect on what happens between people as they draw: moments of alignment, tension, misattunement and repair.

This workshop is designed for those working relationally - including leaders, coaches, facilitators and organisational practitioners - who are interested in deepening their awareness of how they relate under conditions of complexity and pressure.
