Draw to Lead

A one-to-one studio session using drawing to support leadership reflection, responsibility and choice. Draw to Lead invites participants to work visually with real leadership questions, exploring what is emerging and what is theirs to act upon.

Draw to Lead is a one-to-one practice for leaders working with real dilemmas, transitions or decision points.

Drawing for oneself, participants use intuitive and reflective visual processes to explore authority, responsibility and movement. The image becomes a companion to thinking — a way of staying with uncertainty long enough to discern a next step.

The session does not aim to produce solutions or artwork. Instead, it creates a structured space in which leadership questions can be seen, held and worked with differently.

Suitable for senior leaders, founders and practitioners navigating complexity, ambiguity or change.

Sessions are offered individually and may be taken as a standalone inquiry or as part of a short series.
