Drawing to relate

Drawing to Relate

A studio workshop exploring how drawing can support deeper connection, difference and dialogue. Draw with others, using shared visual processes to explore how we meet, respond and make meaning together.

Drawing to Relate is a creative, experiential workshop designed for teams and organisations seeking to explore and strengthen how they work together.

Through shared drawing and other creative exercises, participants explore how they connect, communicate, influence and respond to one another. The experience creates opportunities to notice familiar patterns of interaction, encounter different perspectives and experiment with new ways of relating.

The focus is not on artistic skill or interpreting the artwork, but on what emerges through the process of creating together. The shared work becomes a starting point for reflection and dialogue, making aspects of group dynamics visible and opening up possibilities for working differently.

Informed by psychodynamic and systems thinking, workshops can explore collaboration, trust, authority, boundaries, difference and the challenges of working together in complex environments.

Drawing to Relate is offered as a bespoke experience for leadership teams, work groups and organisations. Each workshop is designed around the group's context, relationships and developmental needs. Get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
