Drawing to Lead is a one-to-one coaching practice for leaders who want to draw on their creative experience to explore real dilemmas, transitions or decision points.

Participants bring their own creative work - whether drawing, painting, poetry, writing, music or another form of expression - as a starting point for reflection and inquiry. Exploring both the work and the experience of creating it can reveal habitual ways of seeing, thinking and responding, opening up new perspectives on leadership challenges.

The creative work becomes a companion to thinking - a way of staying with uncertainty, exploring assumptions and discovering new possibilities for action.

Informed by psychodynamic and systems thinking, sessions provide a reflective space to explore questions of leadership, authority, responsibility and change.

Suitable for senior leaders, founders and practitioners navigating complexity, ambiguity or transition.
